Are you an agency or independent guides?

We are a signature travel proposal. We operate some experiences directly and also work with selected local partners when they add real value to the experience.

The pace, the design, and the human approach. We are not trying to do more, but to do it better: fewer people, better timing, and experiences that are truly felt.

Price and value

Why don’t you publish fixed prices?

Because the price depends on the format — private or small group —, the dates, the number of travelers, and how the experience fits into your trip. We prefer to give you a clear and honest proposal instead of a generic number.

We do not compete to be the cheapest option. We compete through quality, thoughtful design, and a better travel experience. For many people, the difference is felt from the very first day.

Time and planning

I only have 3 to 5 days. Is it worth it?

Yes. In fact, that is when a well-designed trip makes the most sense. Choosing well what to do — and what not to do — makes all the difference.

Atacama works better with planning. That does not remove flexibility, but it helps avoid wasting unnecessary time or energy.

Altitude, weather, and safety

Is the altitude dangerous?

Altitude requires respect, not fear. We design routes with a careful pace and give you clear recommendations so the experience feels comfortable.

Weather is part of the desert. If schedules or routes need to be adjusted, we communicate it clearly, prioritizing safety and the quality of the experience.

Logistics and organization

Where is the pick-up from?

We coordinate the meeting point or pick-up in advance, depending on your accommodation and the experience booked.

Each proposal clearly details what is included and what is not before confirmation. No surprises.

Do I have to book right away?

No. First, we talk and send you a proposal. Then you decide calmly.
