No. This form is the first step to understanding your trip idea and checking availability.

Will I receive a full itinerary after filling out the form?

Not at this first stage. First, you will receive an initial orientation with the recommended duration, suggested type of experience, and estimated investment range.

The full and personalized itinerary is provided once availability is confirmed and the booking deposit has been made.

Why don't you provide the full itinerary before booking?

Because each private trip requires design, review of times, altitude, weather, logistics, availability, and the group’s pace.

We prefer to work with people who are truly interested in booking a private experience, rather than just providing a generic route.

When is the deposit paid?

Once we review your request, confirm availability, and you agree to move forward with the proposal, a deposit is requested to block the date and begin the detailed trip design.

Is the trip 100% private?

Yes. Private trips are designed exclusively for your group. You will not be mixed with other travelers.

Can I request changes to the proposal?

Yes. The idea is to create a route that makes sense for you, according to your days, pace, interests, and budget.

What if I don't know which places to choose?

No problem. You can check “I’d like recommendations” and we will guide you based on the number of days, altitude, weather, and the type of experience you are looking for.
